My birthday was November 14th and I am now 32. I am very comfortable with being in my thirties. It actually feels great! I am old enough to avoid some common mistakes, but young enough to still have fun. I proved it this year!! I knew since I was going to be in NYC, Miami, and Oregon (some of my favorite places) around my birthday I was sure to have a blast!
The night of the 13th Eddy Shades had arranged for me to host my birthday at Imperial Club, a club I had never heard of or been to. But, I would be there with my peeps, so how bad could it be, right? LOL!! 
I show up with Flower Tucci, Mr. Mecca, and the man of many names and one letter, V (who got me a dope Biggie shirt). The club was super crowded and we ushered over to VIP section which only had one other group of people in it. While we waited a while for our bottle to arrive we started having some problems with the people around us. Minor, but we had some words. Flower smoothed everything over and we tried to enjoy ourselves. Pretty quick the VIP section got crowded, very crowded. I was not real happy about that. Before I knew it, the club was filled with cigar smoke and my bottle was in the hands of the fuckers next to us. I grabbed the bottle out of his hands, said some crazy shit and threatened to beat his ass. Meanwhile, Flower went to get the bouncers-they didn’t care! Apparently at this club it’s BYOB, Bring Your Own Bouncer! The promoter came over and tried to smooth some shit over by moving us to a bench on a platform that already had too many people on it…..we tried to finish our bottle then we dipped.
We went to a club that Flower’s friend owned. It was getting late and the place was almost empty. Actually a nice change from the over crowded asshole infested Imperial. We danced a bit, had a drink, got a little dirty…. 
…. then went for some food. The night didn’t turn out like I expected, but with friends like mine how could it be dissapointing??! The next day I slept in and went to see “A Christmas Carol” in 3D. I really love those 3D movies. Even though I don’t celebrate Christmas, I still think that the story of the Christmas Carol is a good one. Jim Carrey was really good too. When the movie was over I made it to Ft. Apache Tattoo to see my man, Grin Stylez . I had never been tatted by Grin, but have seen his work around NYC. I had sent him my ideas the week before, so when I got there he had it all drawn up. We got started right away. Mr. Mecca was there followed by the arrival of some alcohol. Then Flower Tucci and Blair Monet arrived and before I knew it I had a new tattoo, a revamped tattoo, and a surprise party complete with a cake, balloons, and a bunch of people. We all watched the Pacquiao fight.
That was my very first surprise party!! I was stoked! It was great, real chill…..finished the night at Sushi Samba. I love Sushi and that is one of my favorite spots. The next morning I got up early and went to Miami. After being cold in NYC it was good to be back in Miami. Carlo Carrera picked me up and we made plans for a belated birthday dinner. We went to a delicious yummy new sushi restaurant near my apartment and had some sake. Carlo is my sushi and sake buddy. We have a love for Nigori. The next day Loni, my roommate, and I went horseback riding. Neither one of us had ever been riding and she thought it would be fun. It was very relaxing. They gave us a couple of horses that they promised were tame.
It was so chill trotting around the park, especially at sunset. Afterwards we met up with a friend of ours and the 3 of us had dinner at this great Italian restaurant. Again, amazing food!!! I had some chicken and artichoke miracle and ended with some Tiramisu. When I left Miami I went to Oregon and celebrated my mom’s birthday, which is a few days after mine. I had already forgotten my birthday when they surprised me with presents!

Yes, I actually got a bong with my name engraved on it! They also got me a matching pipe. I know, I’ve got the coolest parents ever! The pieces were made by a friend of a friend, (Herb), and were custom made for me!! I had bought my mom a lovely micro- seude, faux-fur lined coat and took her makeup shopping. We did some serious damage at Sephora. Then I took my Mom and Dad to dinner at an Asian-American fusion restaurant near my house. ( notice a trend, lol) It was soooo good. I had a sweet miso salmon finished with a chocolate lava cake.
All of this celebration was followed by 10 days of vacation!! No, I didn’t go anywhere, I stayed at home in Oregon! That was my present to myself! I never really take a lot of time off, but I do try to take it easy in November. Afterall, it’s birthday month!! I spent the rest of the month preparing for Thanksgiving, my favorite holiday. I am so thankful for my friends, family, and wonderful life – I just can’t help celebrating! I had a great vacation bowling, ice skating, drinking, and generally kickin’it…
McBuddy and I then drove 4 and a half hours to meet miss Olivia Olovely to go to the Hot Springs. When we got there I settled in and I did my live CAM2CAM show. 
I brought some Thanksgiving leftovers from my enormous dinner and we had a belated celebration. It was just as good the second time around! It was so great to see Olo!! And now she lives closer to me than ever! We heard of a bowling alley nearby so we decided to check it out. When we got to the address, we found the alley didn’t exist! So we went to see “New Moon”. I have to be honest, I didn’t really like it. It wasn’t nearly as good as the first one. I even dozed off a little…*blush*. It was unfortunate that we didn’t get to stay for the hot springs, but that trip did give me even more reason to be thankful for friends and the lives we live. After reviewing my month, it’s obvious that I am one lucky girl! I have great friends, family, and animals too! I had an amazing birthday month!
